About Ricky’s Ranch
Ricky’s Ranch is a nonprofit senior horse sanctuary based in Okeechobee County, FL, dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating neglected, abandoned, and aging horses, as well as taming wild Mustangs through the Bureau of Land Management’s Wild Mustang Program.
We provide these horses with love, care, and comfort in their golden years. From specialized feed to farrier and veterinary services, their needs are significant, and the costs quickly add up.
We’re proud to hold a Silver Transparency rating on Candid GuideStar and are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (EIN: 92-3162221). All donations are tax-deductible, and we’re happy to provide our IRS designation letter upon request.
Your support helps us care for these majestic animals and work toward expanding our sanctuary with a new property and barn—offering a safe haven to even more horses in need. Whether through donating, volunteering, or adopting, you can make a meaningful difference.
Thank you for being part of this incredible mission!
So please, if you’re interested in contributing to our cause, we’d love to hear from you. Whether you’re interested in donating, volunteering for stall and pasture space, or even adopting a senior horse, we’d be grateful for your help. We’re so thankful for the support we’ve received so far and are looking forward to continuing our mission of helping these wonderful, majestic animals!
